Rowsafe ("we", "us") is operated by Remedial, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@remedial.ae.
The short version
- Your bank statements never reach us. The converter runs in your web browser. PDF files, passwords and the transactions inside them are processed on your device and are not uploaded to any server we operate or control.
- We collect the minimum needed to sell and license the software: payment and licensing data (handled by Lemon Squeezy), and an email address only if you give us one.
- We don't sell personal data, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we process, and why

Data stored on your device
The converter uses your browser's local storage to remember your license status and the number of free conversions used today. It doesn't set cookies. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
Payments
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all purchases and processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy). It shares with us what we need to support you: your name, email, order and subscription status.
Retention
Order and license records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (typically up to 5 years in the UAE). Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Email-list data is deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email support@remedial.ae and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Because statement data never leaves your device, the most sensitive information is never in our possession. For the data we do hold, we use reputable providers with encryption in transit and at rest.
Children
Rowsafe is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to customers.
