RowsafeTerms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Rowsafe (the website at app.remedial.ae and the converter software), operated by Remedial, United Arab Emirates ("we"). By using Rowsafe you agree to them.
1. The service
Rowsafe converts PDF bank and card statements into spreadsheet and accounting-import formats. Conversion runs in your browser. Rowsafe works with text-based PDFs; it does not currently support scanned or image-only documents.
2. Your responsibility for results
Rowsafe highlights rows that don't reconcile with the running balance, but it can't guarantee every conversion is complete or accurate for every layout. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it, for example against the statement's opening and closing balances. Rowsafe is a software tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
3. Accounts, licenses and devices
The free plan doesn't need an account. Paid plans are licensed per subscription and may be activated on the number of devices stated for your plan (Pro: 2, Practice: 6). License keys are for use by you or your organisation and may not be shared publicly or resold.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your receipt email or customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Rowsafe to process documents you have no right to process, attempt to circumvent licensing, reverse-engineer the license service, or interfere with the service's operation.
6. Intellectual property
The Rowsafe software, brand and website content belong to us. Files you create with Rowsafe belong to you. Rowsafe includes open-source components (including pdf.js under the Apache 2.0 licence and SheetJS under the Apache 2.0 licence), which remain subject to their own licences.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Rowsafe is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from errors in converted data that you did not review.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and notify paying customers of material changes by email. We may suspend licenses used in breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
